Wana’s sole mission is to empower everyone to be creative & connected. We are setting new standards for transparency and trust between users, creators, and companies. This Privacy Policy covers how Wana Create, Inc handles personal data whether you interact with our websites, apps, or affiliated peoples. Wana may also link to third parties on our services. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to how third parties define personal data or how they use it. We encourage you to read their privacy policies and know your privacy rights before interacting with them as well.

1. What is Personal Data?

Wana treats any data that relates to an identified or identifiable individual or that is linked or linkable to them by Wana as “personal data,” no matter where the individual lives. This means that data that directly identifies you - such as your name - is personal data, and also data that does not directly identify you, but that can reasonably be used to identify you - such as the serial number of your device - is personal data. Aggregated data is considered non-personal data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

2. Collection and Use

Wana does not sell any data collected through your interactions with our websites, apps, or affiliated peoples. We collect the following data for the following reasons:

3. Deleting Personal Data

You have the right to delete any and all data that is linked to your account on any Wana platform at any time. To do so, you can delete your account on the app by logging in and going to Settings > Delete Account. You can also contact us requesting data deletion.

4. Data Protection

We're committed to protecting our users' personal data. We put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to help protect the security of your personal data. However, be aware that no system is ever completely secure.

We have implemented various safeguards to guard against unauthorized access and unnecessary retention of personal data in our systems. These include pseudonymisation, encryption, access, and retention policies.

To protect your user account, we encourage you to:

  • use a strong password which you use for your Wana account

    only

  • never share your password with anyone

  • limit access to your computer and browser

  • log out once you have finished using the Wana Service on a shared device

You can logout of your account on the Settings page which will limit our access to your personal data. You can delete your account on the Settings page which will remove all identifiable data (from our database permanently and immediately.

5. Children

This privacy policy does not apply to children. Wana Create Services has a minimum age limit and is not directed to children whose age:

  • is under the age of 18, or
  • makes it illegal to process their personal data, or
  • requires parental consent to process their data.

We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under the applicable Age Limit. If you're under the Age Limit, please do not use the Wana Create Service, and do not provide any personal data to us.

If you're a parent of a child under the Age Limit and become aware that your child has provided personal data to Wana, please contact us (See Section 6).

If we learn that we've collected the personal data of a child under the applicable Age Limit, we'll take reasonable steps to delete the personal data. This may require us to delete the Wana account for that child.

When using a shared device for Wana Service, you should be cautious about playing or recommending any content to individuals under 18 years old which could be inappropriate for them.

6. Changes to this policy

We may occasionally make changes to this Policy.

When we make material changes to this Policy, we'll provide you with prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances. For example, we may display a prominent notice within the Wana Create Service or send you an email or device notification.
